Inspira Wealth Acquires Moonboots Capital

As part of the ongoing growth and development of Inspira Wealth, we are pleased to announce the acquisition of Moonboots Capital. We were very fortunate to have John Sears, one of Moonboots principals, join Inspira as the CEO of our Venture Capital arm.
As of the 18th of August, the Moonboots Capital brand, its community and other assets will come under the Inspira Umbrella. Inspira intends to keep Moonboots and its community operating as an independent brand and structure but work much more closely to allow economies of scale, reduction in cost of technology and leverage of licenses and regulatory approvals.
While Inspira Wealth is heavily involved in crypto and digitisation, its focus is more on the transformation of the traditional markets and innovation of regulated products. Moonboots will continue to operate as the more crypto focussed arm of Inspira Wealth. With Moonboots, Inspira can span the traditional and crypto communities bringing opportunities to both.
Most of the remainder of the Moonboots team will remain onboard in various capacities helping to ensure the culture and Moonboots business model continues to grow and evolve. Joining John Sears will be Daniel Pal and Sean Windle in advisory capacities.
